Software Support Specialist –   IS Department

 

Reporting to IS Director, candidate for position will be responsible for troubleshooting software, resolving issues and company wide training/support on all software utilized by The Wilson Company including Microsoft Office products, Keytrak, OneSite, gate systems, etc.  In addition, the position is responsible for assisting MIS Dept. with help desk coverage as needed.  Exceptional oral and written communication to develop and deliver training material to software users using both hard copy and PowerPoint presentations.  Prior experience with writing user manuals or training materials helpful.  Proven skill with software programs is essential. Travel throughout State of Florida is required with some overnight expected.  This position is based in Tampa.
